YBERN is a brand within what is defined as “slow-luxury”, the new concept of sustainable luxury which avoids wasting products and materials by releasing limited and pre-order designs.
Our objective is not mass production, since all items are made entirely by hand and due to our values of sustainability we recomend to read our terms and shipping conditions before you purchase one of our products.

DELIVERY

After your order you will receive a confirmation by email. YBERN is working mainly without stock and every piece is made-to-order. The approximative delay of the dispatch is 21 working days from the day of the order.

All the orders are sent from Spain. The orders are sent by Shipius. You will receive a mail the day of the dispatch by Shipius with the tracking number of your order once it’s shipped. We ship worldwide and the shipping fees are automatically
calculated at the basket

Delivery times are:

Spain: 1-2 Business days from dispatch of order
EU: 3-5 Business days from dispatch of order
International: 3-5 Business days from dispatch of order

Custom duties taxes may apply outside Europe and we are not responsible of this. We can’t predict you will have duties taxes nor their amounts. Customs fees are calculated based on the value of the package and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.

BREXIT

By ordering on YBERN, you agree to pay the VAT which will be claimed from customs. If you refuse to pay this, the parcel will be sent back to us and we will have to pay VAT twice (import and export). We will deduct this VAT from your refund if the package is returned to us. In case of refusal, your package will be destroyed by the customs service and we will not be able to proceed with the refund.

RETURNS

MADE-TO-ORDER CANCELLATION SYSTEM

In case of cancellation request or in case of refusal of paying the customs fees: as a handmade-to-order brand system, we produce only when getting orders. Therefore, if a customer requests for order cancellation when we had already started to work on theirs, or if their piece is already finished or on its way, we will proceed to refund nonetheless, we will keep 30% of the total amount, as our team worked hours on your order, especially for you. In the unlikely event of an exchange or return, customers must be in contact within 7 days of receiving the order. Any items posted after being in the customer’s possession for longer than 7 days will not be accepted unless they are faulty.

LIMITED PRODUCTS

You may return the items purchased from YBERN online store within 15 days of receipt of your order. If the deadline expires on a Saturday a Sunday or a bank holiday or other non-working day, it is extended on the next working day. Beyond this, YBERN will be free to refuse the return or the refund. Your enquiries must be sent at contact@ybern.shop

RETURN PROCEDURE

The return of the articles will only be accepted if it has been accepted by customer service sending your enquires at contact@ybern.shop and if the articles ordered are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged in their original package.
No exchange or refund will be accepted without the form sent by customer service after acceptance of the return or exchange.

The products are returned at your own cost and we cannot not be held responsible of any delivery problem with the carrier you have chosen. We recommend delivery of the package against signature.

REFUND

Once the return has been received and accepted by YBERN, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We aim to refund you within 15 days of having received the returned item. Refunds can then take up to 10 working days to show on your account.
