YBERN is a brand within what is defined as “slow-luxury”, the new concept of sustainable luxury which avoids wasting products and materials by releasing limited and pre-order designs. Our objective is not mass production, since all items are made entirely by hand and due to our values we recomend to read our terms and conditions before you purchase your product.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Made-to-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet released. This means that we will start crafting your item once it is purchased via our website. The bag will be made in a term of time between 2-3 weeks.
LIMITED PRODUCTS
Limited prodcuts have been already crafted in low stock quantities This means we have them in stock at our studio ready to get shipped. You will receive your purchase inside our delivery times once you confirm your order.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER
- Browse our selections by selecting a category from the main navigation menu
- Select the chosen item and click ‘Add to cart’.
- Once you have selected all your desired items, you can view them in the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner.
- Under ‘View Cart’ You can amend your cart if you like, and proceed to checkout.
- Log in to your account or, if you don’t have one, proceed to guest checkout.
- Input your address, payment and delivery details to complete your order.
- We’ll send you an order confirmation and follow up with updates as your order makes its way to your door.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. We will then be processing your order and you will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as it leaves our warehouse. The shipping confirmation is the acceptance and final confirmation of your purchase, so until you receive this email, your purchase is still being processed.
PRICING POLICY
Prices are shown in € (EURO). Prices does not include any credit card or delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. YBERN reserves the right to change prices of the products at any time. If you are placing an order at the same time, the initially price will be valid throughout this order process. We however take reservations for typing errors on the website.
PAYMENT
It will only accept payments made by credit card VISA / MASTERCARD / PAYPAL / GOOGLE PAY. No other form of payment other than the one mentioned above will be accepted.
The charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal), once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct.
In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, YBERN takes the necessary measures so that the payments made for the acquisition of the Products offered through the website are safe and are protected against attempted violations by third parts
YBERN will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders derived from the lack of authorization by the payment system.
CURRENCY
YBERN cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency
WARRANTY
There is a two-year warranty from the purchase date on all products sold on www.ybern.shop. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at contact@ybern.shop if you have a warranty claim. Please include order number, photos and a description of the faulted area in the claim.
We will repair the product free of charge if you still have the proof of purchase and the product falls within the two- year warranty period. The return of the product is at your own expense, once the product is repaired we will send it back and no additional costs will be charged for this.
DISCLAIMER
Our goods are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size, and colour should not be seen as faulty.
LEATHER: Colour differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as faulty.
